My horse has a German passport , previous owner didn't update it . I need to transfer ownership name to mine but i have had no response to my letter from the German passport agency.
Has anyone got an email address for the German p/port agency?
I have contacted the UK agency but they cannot help.
The horse is a cob not a specific breed like warmblood
