Show Jumpers... Please can you help???

Hi fellow horse & riders,

I am currently in my third year studying Equine Science and I am completing my dissertation project. For my research project I have decided to focus on Show Jumpers and injury prevalence. In this I am also looking at therapy types and whether professional advice has been sought.

To gather data for my research I have created a survey which I would be grateful if people could fill in. It only takes a couple of minutes and no names are taken.
