stirrups and leathers for uneven legs

Hi

I have one leg that is shorter than the other , normally i would ride with one stirrup shorter than the other but i have been told that this puts your hip alignment of which in turn causes the horse problems. does anyone have a suggestion of a stirrup that you can add more or a bigger bar to it that would give me the extra 2cm? also leathers that either do not stretch or do not stretch as much as others.
