Dear Brigitte,
I recently bought a 7 yr old Clydesdale. He's a super star but a bit stong on a hack. Is there a kind enough bit that has a bit of extra Whoooooa when needed?
Thank you for your help.

Re: Big boy bit!
Hi,
we would recommend that you try our Sprenger RS Dynamic bit as it is very kind but has a ‘louder voice’ than just a snaffle!
Top eventer Ruth Edge explains “I have used Sprenger bits for quite a few years now but I was introduced to this bit by a friend - I read up on them and thought it would suit a quite few horses that I had that were difficult in the mouth, but didnt want to ride them in anything too strong and this really helped. The bit is called the Dynamic RS Eggbutt and it gives the rider a really good feel down the rein especially if the horse is inclined to be a bit heavy in the hand”
Good luck with your horse
thanks
Brigitte
