Black Friesian Beauties
Merged from the General Horsey Chat section!
In the October issue, Horse&Rider looks into the finer points of the Friesian breed.
We have had some discussion about chestnut Friesians already in the forum (you can find that thread here: http://www.horseandrideruk.com/forum/vi ... 82f984cf57), but what do you think about Friesians generally?
Do you own one or would you just love to?
And what do you think their best points are?

Should this not be under the 'breeds' section?

Re: Black Friesian Beauties
I'd love to own one. I generaly perfer arabs or tbs, but i would love a friesian, they have a great presence about them and movement to die for, with lost of mane and feather, i have known a couple of friesians in the past and they had the perfect temperment. They are simply stunning:)
