Postby redkitten » Sat Aug 14, 2010 7:01 am

i'm 5'6" and currently 13 stone. i am trying to loose weight down to 11.5/12 stone and have lost 6lb so far.
am i too big for a 14.2hh welsh section D? i'm planning some fairly light hacking twice a week.

Ponies are fab, I've pretty much always had native ponies and do now as an adult. Definitely in showing lots of different height/ weight adults ride ponies as they are too much for children to ride so you'd be fine. If your having fun then it doesn't matter, enjoy!

It definitely depends on the pony, but I think you'll be fine!
It's a lot like nuts and bolts –
if the rider's nuts, the horse bolts!
