feeding a horse thats had hepatitis

just wondered what you would recomendto feed a welsh cob thats had hepatitis, shes only 7 and now in work
we never found out the cause only her live wasnt functioning as she under went 3 liver biopsys but they only to vet the state of her liver
i know its low protein and oil, but there are so many feeds about shes currently on safe and sound, mag ox and brewers yeast, her weight nows god and shes out 24/7 soaked hay am and is strip grazed fence moved pm shes now under going treatment for sarcoids as well
