SILICON

With all the negative press about glucosamine and chondroitin, what's everyone using? I'm told that liquid silicon is pretty good. Anyone know anything about it?

As in the stuff they put in breast implants?

ROTFLMAO!!!!!! I don't think I've laughed so hard in days!
I believe it is similar (although for the life of me I cannot for the life of me imagine how it gets metabolised into the joints) and is given as a standard powdered supplement. Maybe this is one for 'Ask the Experts'?
