Sponsorship

I have been offered sponsorship for my competitions and the business that I am in the process of setting up. I've never had sposnsorship before and it seems like alot of money for so little!

I'm yet to discuss all this in detail with my potential sponsor, but also was unsure of what questions to ask and what things I should look out for.

Does anyone have any experience of sponsorship or any advise that thay can give me. This seems like a brilliant opportunity - almost to good to be true!
