Trecking in california

this summer, we took a two week trip to california, and during this trip, experienced a ride of a lifetime! a 4 hour trip into the rocky mountains, and then down onto ten mile beach on the lost coast, about 200 miles north of san francisco. Me and my mum road two lovely arabs. voltaire, my horse was fantastic and looked after me so well, never bombing of once, as previous horses ive ridden on beaches have done. we first spent two hours in the mountains, where we saw so much wildlife it was unbelievable, eagles etc... then the beach! 10 miles of golden sand and clear water it was absolutely breath taking. I would give anything to go back and experience it again, the ride of a lifetime!!
