French Riding Holiday....for a fishing widow!

Hi
My OH goes fishing to a lake called Gigantica in France (I did buy him his first holiday there for christmas last year so I can't complain). Anyway after 14 years I have given in and said I will go fishing with him.....only if I could find a yard out there where I could ride every day. So therefore I am looking for any recommendations local to the area of Brienne-le-Château in Champagne-Ardenne-France.
All recommendations gratefully received and there will be a bottle of bubbly for the winning choice
