12.3hh/13hh, 8 year old Part Bred Welsh gelding for sale. Perfect 1.5 pony type. Great first step up from FR without being a super whizzy 2nd pony.
Wilfred is super sweet and easy to do in all ways on the ground. Absolutely no trouble to catch, clip, farrier, dentist etc. Loads and travels without issues. Easily handled by children. Happily turns out in a mixed herd. Will live in or out.
Wilfred is a responsive ride but in no way sharp, silly or strong. Completely safe in open spaces. Hacks alone or in company, first or last. Has seen all traffic, trains, tractors, farm machinery. Has been ridden by novice children.
Has been out to local shows, arena hires, beach. Will happily pop round a course. Would make an excellent PC pony or allrounder.
