Introducing bongo 15″2 heavy weight traditional Irish Cob gelding twelve years old with twelve inches of bone, he’s solid, substantial and a real weight carrier! Ideal for the hubby to ride and join on you on the family hacks, pub hacks and pleasure rides.

Bongo is snaffle mouthed with three established paces in the school, he’s steady, established and totally unflappable, ideal beginners ride or perfect family cob to enjoy and have fun on? The type you don’t need to know how to ride, to be able to ride him, as he’s unflappable, super safe and steady!

Bongo hacks out alone or in company he’s not phased by heavy traffic and will happily pass tractors, diggers, buses with ease. He’s happy to go first or last and enjoys hacking out and plodding along the roads and country side, as shown in our videos he’s super calm temperament does not change in open spaces.

Bongo will happily jump small jumps and happy to jump coloured poles and fillers, he’s great hacking out and jumping over logs and going threw water. He’s happy to lead out green horses and lead them across the water.

Bongo has excellent ground manners – he’s super laid back and easy going, he’s great to shoe, box, load and clip and gets on very well with other horses. As shown in our videos he’s cantering along the open fields with our family dog running along side, so he’s super dog friendly.
