NAF’s founder and chairman, Richard Cleeve, received a standing ovation at the BETA gala dinner
NAF ushered in the New Year with a big win at the BETA Business Awards as the company’s chairman and founder took home the Lifetime Achievement prize. Richard Cleeve has dedicated his life to promoting equine welfare, founding NAF over thirty years ago. Having grown up around horses and farming, Richard was imbued with a passion for seeking natural ingredients and solutions for supporting horse health. Teamed with vet Dr Nicholas Larkins, they pioneered natural products, known as nutraceuticals, with over 150 formulations available today.
As the Lifetime Achievement recipient, Richard was praised for his modesty and exemplary business practice, investing funds back into NAF for the development of new and existing products that are revered and trusted by consumers and by the British Equestrian Teams, of whom NAF is an official supplier.
The award was presented by BETA President, Jane Holderness-Roddam, and upon his acceptance, Richard remarked that “it’s the team the makes NAF what is is today and will continue to do so for the good of the horse.”
