Paris 2024: schedule and how to watch the equestrian sports

It’s nearly time. Get ready for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, a chance to watch the very best horses and riders.

Schedule for equestrian events

Eventing

Dressage – Saturday 27th July – 8.30am – 5.30pm

Cross-country – Sunday 28th July – 9.30am – 2pm

Team showjumping – Monday 29th July – 10am – 12.30pm

Individual showjumping – Monday 29th July – 2 – 3pm

Dressage

Grand prix (qualifier) day one – Tuesday 30th July – 10am – 3.30pm

Grand prix (qualifier) day two – Wednesday 31st  July – 9am – 2.30pm

Dressage special team final – Saturday 3rd August – 9am – 2.30pm

Dressage freestyle individual final – Sunday 4th August – 9am – 12.30pm

Showjumping

Team qualifier – Thursday 1st August – 10am – 1pm

Team Final – Friday 2nd August – 1 – 3pm

Individual qualifier – Monday 5th August – 1 – 5pm

Individual  final – Tuesday 6th August – 9 – 11am

How to watch

The BBC will broadcast some of the Olympic action via BBC Sport and BBC iPlayer, but they won’t be showing everything.

You can follow all the action via Eurosport and its streaming arm Discovery+.
