We are still open for business, however please allow up to 28 working days for UK orders to be delivered. If you have already placed an order and would like a refund, please email shop@djmurphy.co.uk with your order details.

Ticket purchases

PONY Big Day Out subscriber discount applies to full day experience children's tickets only, not valid on accompanying adult tickets

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.

Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.

In the event that your tickets are lost in the post and duplicates are arranged for collection at the box office, these will only be given out to the cardholder upon production of the card that was used to make the booking.

Please note, in the event of an event being cancelled or postponed, DJ Murphy cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service.

The right to admission to an event is reserved by DJ Murphy and the event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. We would advise customers that no refunds or transfers will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age as specified by the event organiser, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

By ordering you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only, and will not be resold or transferred. Any resale or attempt to resell the tickets at a price higher than purchased will result in your orders being cancelled without prior notification.

We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.


Prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change at the discretion of DJ Murphy (Publishers) Ltd.

Post and packaging charges and delivery

We aim to dispatch items within four to five working days of an order being placed. Personalised items will take longer and customers should allow 7-10 days for bespoke goods.

Your order

We will do our best to fulfil your order but cannot guarantee to do so. Our delivery dates are only estimates. An email receipt will be sent to you confirming your order.


We are committed to protecting your privacy and to ensure your online transaction is secure.

All credit/charge card payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order (and notify you that we have done so). The goods remain our property until you have paid for them.

Payment is done only through SagePay account via debit or credit card.

Discontinued items

Items that have been discontinued will be removed from the online store as soon as they go out of stock. However, we may be unable to fulfil orders that were placed before this time. Customers will be notified of any items that we are no longer able to provide, any other items on the order will be dispatched in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Copyright and Licence

You are not permitted to remove or amend any trade mark, copyright or other proprietary notice on any of our publications that are the property of DJ Murphy (Publishers) Ltd, our affiliates or of third parties who have granted us rights and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

You are not permitted to reproduce, alter or translate the designs or images used on our clothing.

You acknowledge that all rights in and to any and all copyrights, designs and other intellectual property rights relating to our products are and shall remain our property, and those of our affiliates or of third parties who have granted us rights are and shall remain their property. You will not at any time do, or cause to be done, any act or thing which impairs or infringes those rights.


We do not make any representation or give any warranty or undertaking as to the quality of the goods, their correspondence with description or fitness for purpose, or that the goods are not defamatory, injurious, obscene or unlawful, or that any trade marks or copyright used on or in connection with the goods do not infringe any intellectual property rights not owned by us.

As far as is permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms are hereby excluded. We shall not in any circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or economic loss (including but not limited to loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings) howsoever caused.

These terms and conditions and all contracts under these terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to terminate any contract formed under these terms and conditions immediately by written notice and to take action to recover damages suffered by us if you breach any of these provisions.

Delivery and returns

Faulty or defective items

In the unlikely event you find a fault with your goods please contact us immediately on 01428 601020 and we will instruct you on the returns procedure.

Returns due to change of mind

If you have purchased goods online you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time within seven days of receipt of your goods. If you have received your goods and wish to cancel within seven days please return them in an unused condition, complete, unopened and in a re-saleable condition to:

Please include the order number, your name and address. We will give you a refund of the price paid (excluding carriage costs and/or other surcharges which are non-refundable).

Returned items lost in transit

DJ Murphy (Publishers) Ltd cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return process. We recommend returning the package by Special or Recorded Delivery service and obtaining a proof of postage. DJ Murphy (Publishers) Ltd reserves the right to reject an order or return in the case of excessive returns.

Delivery Information

• We aim to dispatch items within two working days of an order being placed.

• If the item is not in stock we will advise you by email or telephone. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery within the UK only.

• Personalised items will take longer and customers should allow seven to ten days for bespoke goods.

• Your parcel will be delivered via Royal Mail or APC couriers. Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives to ensure that it is correct and nothing is damaged. Please notify us within two working days if there is problem with your order.

• If your parcel is lost during transit, we will replace it. In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product.
