These short wellington boots are lightweight and waterproof and designed to help put a spring in your step.
We say…
These boots were very comfortable, and they didn’t need a wearing-in period. They were used for long walks and they had good grip in the wet and didn’t rub. Easy to put on, but being short in length they did let shavings and hay over the top, so I’d recommend going for the longer version if you’re looking for a boot to wear at the stables.
How much do you know about stereotypies? This is the scientific term for any repetitive behaviour. In horses, the most common are crib-biting, windsucking, weaving and box walking. In May Horse&Rider, Dr Debbie Marsden shares her advice for dealing with stereotypic behaviours. Check out a sneak peek here. www.horseandrideruk.com/the-magazine/issues/may-2024/force-of-habit/...
