Emma Massingale is a free rider, which involves working a team of horses completely at liberty. Having trained horses for 17 years, she specialises in starting youngsters and working with difficult horses.
Emma is the first British person to have developed a language that is so well understood by horses that she can communicate with herds of horses at any one time and carry out complex exercises and manoeuvres working as a team. She has a background in dressage and eventing, but devised her unique training system while working with horses abroad on a cattle ranch. Her personal ethos is “no reins, no rules, no limits!”
