The conditioner had a lovely smell and texture that absorbed well into the leather, even when it was dry and cracked, making it noticeably more supple and restored. Easy to apply with the sponge applicator that came in the tub. It can be slightly sticky until it has totally soaked in, so needed to wipe it over with a cloth to remove residue.
