Nominated entries for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games announced

British Equestrian and the British Dressage selectors have confirmed the dressage nominations for Tokyo 2020

The nine dressage combinations, plus three reserves, have been submitted to the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) as Team GBR’s nominated entries for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

The nominated entries are…

  • Fiona Bigwood and Hawtins Delicato
  • Richard Davison and Bubblingh
  • Charlotte Dujardin and Mount St John Freestyle
  • Emile Faurie and Dono di MaggioOLD
  • Charlotte Fry and Everdale
  • Carl Hester and En Vogue
  • Gareth Hughes and Sintano Van Hof Olympia
  • Susan Pape and Harmony’s Eclectisch
  • Laura Tomlinson and DSP Rose of Bavaria

The following have been named as reserves:

  • Charlotte Dujardin and Gio (direct reserve)
  • Charlotte Fry and Dark Legend (direct reserve)
  • Gareth Hughes and KK Dominant (non-direct reserve)

Selection decisions are subject to the athlete and horse maintaining fitness and performance, and this list may be amended at any point up to 21 June 2021. The selected squad of four combinations to travel to Tokyo, plus reserves, will be announced on 28 June 2021.
