Top-class riders come together to support NHS and UK riding schools

An exciting virtual draw initiative, The NHS Mega May Event Draw with LeMieux aims to raise money for two incredibly worthwhile causes – the NHS and UK riding schools. The question is, who will you be cheering on?

The NHS Mega May Event Draw sees LeMieux and Horse Health unite a whole host of talented equestrian stars to raise money for both the NHS and UK riding schools. With an exciting prize draw, it aims to give equestrians the chance to get involved in eventing – even with the cancellation of Badminton Horse Trials. The draw has already exceeded its donation target of £10,000 and, despite the uncertain times we’re all facing, you can still get involved in the sport you love while doing your bit to support those in need.

Judging the draws will be Scott Brash, Matt Harnacke, Charlotte Dujardin, Tom McEwen and Carl Hester. Meanwhile, the star-studded line-up of riders involved contains top names and eventing legends including Pippa Funnell, Oliver Townend and Ros Canter not to mention Mark Todd, Chris Burton, Michael Jung – the list goes on!

Entry to the draw is free, but all donations are gratefully received. Upon entry, you’ll be allocated a legendary horse and rider combination from the history of eventing from the start list of 120 combinations from 13 countries. Four draws will take place over the four days of Badminton Horse Trials, with the champion decided on the final day. One final super-draw will take place on the last day, which will see all entries that have drawn the winning horse (or horses, in case of equal placings) go forward in a bid to get their hands on the £5,000 jackpot! Entrants who have been allocated the winning horse and rider combination will be in with a chance of receiving the £5,000 prize fund – Nine runners-up will receive fabulous prizes in kind.

The first day of draws and dressage kicks off on 7 May, so get your entry in before midnight on 6 May!
